Property Manager Availability - Don Martin will be available Mondays from 9 a.m. to noon and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. For an appointment, please call 383-0363 or email 1400ccmd@embarqmail.com.
Reserving use of the Center - If you are an HOA-related committee or group, reserve meeting times on the calendar near the receptionist's desk at the Community Center. Others should call Lois Henry at 735-9637 for approval.

- ARB Application Forms
- Sentry Management "Home for Sale" Signs
- Lending Library
- Extra Neighborhood Directories ($2 each)
- Extra copies of current Happenings
- File of all old issues of Happenings
- Container for disposal of worn flags. The Community Activities Committee will periodically take these flags to the American Legion or other location for proper disposal.
- Copier for official HOA use (no charge) or for residents (minimal charge)
- CCMD license plates ($5)
- Sentry Management AutoPay applications
- Wireless internet access. Please inquire at the front desk.
