Revised Architectural Review Board (ARB) Construction & Design Standards & ARB Application Form Approved
The CCMD Homeowners Association ARB's Revised Construction & Design Standards and Application Form (with instruction page) were approved at the October 8, 2009 ARB meeting.
The ARB revised the Construction & Design Standards as a result of Florida Statute 720.3035, passed in 2007. The purpose of the "Guidelines" is to be more specific, and remove as much ambiguities as possible, per directions of the Statute.
The ARB Application (2 pages) and Construction & Design Standards (3 pages) each stand on their own. The Application Form is just that, and the Design Standards are the "governing document" of the architectural standards for the CCMD.
