Nominating Committee Seeks Board Candidates
The HOA Nominating Committee announces the open period for candidates to apply for one of three vacancies upcoming on the HOA Board of Directors. The terms of Skip Healy, Dennise Small and Sabra Schlagetter will be expiring.
Applications will be accepted from July 15th to September 15th. Nominees will be presented at the October Board meeting for the election to be held at our December 10 annual meeting. These openings are for a two year term of office, beginning immediately after the annual meeting.
To be an applicant, you must be a deed lot owner in good standing. Experience on the Board or with various committees within our community is preferred. If you have not been involved with the activities here, what other experiences lead you to want to contribute to our community? The committee is also looking for candidates that represent the diversity of subdivisions which exists within our community.
Applications are available on our website (see "Documents") or in our Community Center. Upon filling one out, please give to Don Martin or Sabra Schlagetter, Chairperson. If you have any questions regarding these positions, or would like to talk to someone about what is involved, please feel free to call Sabra or any of the current Board members. We would also welcome any suggestions of HOA members whom you would like to see on our board.
