Standard Meeting Schedule
The following is to provide information on the normal schedule followed by the HOA Board and Committees, the CDD Board and others. Since there will be times when these schedules are not followed, please check specifically with the organization to verify its meeting schedule.
The HOA Board of Directors invites you to attend any HOA Board or Committee meeting. Agendas for these meetings are posted on the Community Center bulletin board at least 48 hours in advance for these meetings. HOA and CDD Board meeting schedules are listed in the Calendar section of Happenings and this website.
Meetings are at the CCMD Community Center unless otherwise stated.
1st Tuesday
1 p.m. - Architectural Review Board. Applications submitted after 12 p.m. on the Friday before the scheduled ARB monthly meeting held on the first Tuesday of each month will NOT be on the agenda (the agenda must be posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting) and may end up not being reviewed until the following month.
7 p.m. - City Council meeting (City Hall).
2nd Tuesday
3 p.m. - Finance Committee.
3:30 p.m. - Security Committee.
2nd Thursday
3 p.m. - Grounds Committee.
8:30 a.m. - Community Development District Board of Supervisors (Feb., May, August, Nov. only).
3rd Monday
11:30 a.m. - CCMD Women's Club, Club House (September through May).
3rd Tuesday
7 p.m. - City Council meeting (City Hall).
3rd Thursday
9 a.m. - Communications Committee (Tentative schedule: October, Feb., May).
1 p.m. - Community Center Operations Committee.
4th Thursday
9 a.m. - HOA Board of Directors. (Check Happenings, website calendar for specific months.)
